LMBC Then & Now
What started in 1933 as a group of businessmen meeting for breakfast each Thursday to promote the benefit of fellowship and the beauty of Lake Merritt is now a group of women and men — folks in business, politics, retired professionals — still meeting each Thursday in fellowship and to do good for our fair City.
Our weekly in-person meetings are currently on Zoom, but we’ll be back in person soon. Our regular club meetings are held at the Garden Center in Lakeside Park at 666 Bellevue Avenue, Oakland 94611.
